Here's where L.O.S Farms stands right now: what works, what doesn't yet, and what we're planning. We'll keep this up to date as things change. If something on the "working" list breaks for you, please post in Bug Reports.
✅ Working
Your farm
- Planting, harvesting, plowing, animals, trees, and decorations, all saved properly on the server
- Farm expansions, storage, the Gift Box (with a working Recent tab), and selling items
- Travel farms (Jade Falls, Hawaiian Paradise, Mistletoe Lane, and more), each with its own coins and items
- Garage equipment, vehicles, and bulk tools like the Turbo Combine
- Super Plots and growing contests
Buildings and features
- Crafting cottages, recipe queues, crafting silos, and crafting buildings (Dairy, Yarn Barn, Stables...)
- Breeding pens for sheep, pigs, and turtles, including the Turtle Pen collection trade-in
- Orchards, the Greenhouse, the Bloom Garden, chicken coops, and doghouses (Doghouse Fetch Now is on for fully expanded doghouses)
- Pets: feeding, growing up, and tricks
- Feline Evolution, Collections, the Bushel Trader, Treetop Fair, and the mastery signs (including buying back recipe mastery signs)
- Bob's Berry Patch: do Bob's tasks for berries, which buy berry items and licenses
Events
- 🎃 Trick or Treat is live until November 3: click the bat on the right of your farm
- 🎃 All Hallow's Eve Countdown starts October 16: a new spooky item every day for 16 days
- Farmers Clans and clan events (currently Fortune Road)
- Leagues, holiday items in the market (they come back each year on their holiday), and free daily gifts
The site and community
- The launcher (Windows), accounts, profiles, the forums, the wiki, and the in-game shop
- Discord: sign-in, roles (pick yours in #get-roles), the bot, and the Farmdex
- Earning Farm Cash
⚠️ Not working yet / known problems
- Asking friends through Facebook-style posts doesn't exist here, so features built around it work differently. For example, the countdown's "Ask" button collects a missed day by itself, every 6 hours.
- Missing pictures: about 778 item pictures were never saved by the archives. Those items are hidden from the market so nobody buys an invisible item.
- Farm Village and dragon breeding aren't built yet.
- Some old events were never rebuilt (Boat Rush, Winter Racing, Coco Wonderland, Jumble Villa, and a few others).
- Wandering Pirate events other than Lost Cities can't run, because the game client is locked to that one event.
- The Mac launcher isn't ready yet.
- Clan help between two players passes our tests but still needs a real two-player test.
